A dramatic gray exterior paint was chosen to deliver a clean modern look. The added warmth of wood in the eves and the bold statement of the copper lights add curb appeal that is out of this world! The client added the unexpected yellow chair and tropical planters for a punch.
These blue kitchen cabinets are no joke! The kitchen is softened by the leather stool and the soft light from the glass pendants. The marble countertop on this huge island with a hint of green veining adds interest and depth to the space. Designer trick - we saved money by using a more cost-effective solid white stone for the surround countertops.
This light bright dining room feature a bohemian pendant lamp that we strategically placed so it didn't block the view or the natural light. The combination of wood floors and a light wood dining table contributes to a clean and welcoming aesthetic.
The hardware in this kitchen plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space. The blue cabinets are richly contrasted by the texture and warmth of the brass hardware, elevating the aesthetic. This is the outcome of a thoughtful investment. Additionally this tile has a great white clean look with textured grey undertones. The white surround countertop keeps the look clean and not too busy and lets the teal cabinets and hardware hold court!
This Bohemian pendant light with its fibrous design adds texture and an inviting touch to the dining area. The client's bar is discreetly nestled but accessible accented with brass and wood elements, lending an elevated feel to the space.
This bright and airy bathroom features oversized 2-inch circular floor tiles accented with terracotta grout. Brass plumbing fixtures and wooden cabinets were chosen to infuse warmth into the space.
These penny tiles are far from ordinary! We opted for oversized 2-inch rounds with terracotta grout and introduced a curved detail to the cabinetry. The discreet edge pull provides a sleek, understated hardware element, allowing the cabinets to take the spotlight!
She deserves a SHE-DEN! A mother of three boys finally claimed her pink sanctuary with the addition of white and pink patterned wallpaper in her office loft. A contemporary orange lamp and a touch of greenery keep her centered during her busy Zoom-filled days.
This powder room is packed with personality. We added a color pop in tile - a deep ocean blue hex tile, striking a balance between masculinity and a playfulness through the subtle floral wallpaper. The circular mirror wrapped in leather and simple pendant paired with the wall-mounted faucet, keep the space sassy.
The entryway of your home plays a pivotal role in establishing the overall vibe. It should combine functionality with the expression of personality. Drawers in an entry console are essential for stashing everyday items. A round mirror is a favorite choice to soften the many right corners, allowing for a quick hairdo check, a practical feature for both moms and teens. A clever touch of color concealed in the candlesticks adds a fun pop to the space.
Creating a warm contemporary living room relies heavily on your fabric choices, the skillful balance of color and neutrality, and the judicious use of textures. Never underestimate the significance of comfort, "comfort is king", the furniture draws people in, and the comfort encourages them to stay. In this family room, we crushed it, successfully including custom velvet swivel chairs and a palette of inviting neutral tones, which entices the whole family to unwind by the fireside.
In this bedroom, our aim was to create a serene and functional space. Bedside tables with storage drawers were essential for practicality. The uncommon lamp shapes, along with a vibrant color and texture in the oversized lumbar pillow, introduce a fresh and tranquil look, perfect for unwinding before bedtime.
